II ------ Order No.05 / Dated : 20.02.2026 Learned counsel on behalf of petitioners submits that there is a typographical error in the order dated 19.03.2024 passed by this Court in W.P. (C) No.6051 of 2010. It is submitted that the defect occurred because of the original petitioner no.1- Isidor Ignatius Minz was substituted vide order dated 15.02.2023, were inadvertently, the name of the substituted heir was written as Sunil Ignatius Minz in place of Sushil Ignatius Minz. Considering the submission, the name so appearing in the order dated 19.03.2024 is modified to the extent that Sunil Ignatius Minz will be read as Sushil Ignatius Minz in the cause title of the order. It is further submitted that the name of petitioner no.4 has been 2026:JHHC:5213 typed as Samir Sanjay instead of Samir Sanjay Toppo. Under the circumstance let the name of Samir Sanjay be read as Samir Sanjay Toppo. It is also pointed out that name of petitioner no.6- Shashi J. Toppo has been omitted. Let the name of petitioner no.6- Shashi J. Toppo be included be included in the cause title of the memo of the order. With the aforesaid modifications in order dated 19.03.2024 passed by this Court in W.P. (C) No.6051 of 2010, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of.
