(Oral) By means of the present writ petition, petitioner has sought for the following reliefs:- i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent No.3 Appointment Authority/District Education Officer, Elementary Education, Almora to consider the quality points of the petitioner based on his scholastic performance on the basis of CTET examination qualified by the petitioner in the year 2022 and to calculate the multiplier of the petitioner on the basis of CTET examination qualified by the petitioner in the year 2022 which would increase the quality points of petitioner from 74.033 to 75.36. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no.3- Appointing Authority/District Education Officer, Elementary Education, Almora consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 11.05.2026 (Annexure No.10 pg.61 to 66 of writ petition) to the respondent No.3 to consider quality points of the petitioner based on his scholastic performance on the basis of CTET examination qualified by the petitioner in the year 2022. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner made an innocuous prayer before this Court that a direction be issued to respondent No.3-District Education Officer, 2026:UHC:4349 2 Elementary Education, District Almora, to decide the representation moved by petitioner dated 11.05.2026 (Annexure No.10 to the writ petition) within a time bound manner fixed by this Court. 3. Learned State Counsel has no objection, if such a direction is issued to respondent No.3 to decide the representation of petitioner. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to respondent No.3- District Education Officer, Elementary Education, District Almora, to decide the representation moved by petitioner dated 11.05.2026 (Annexure No.10 to the writ petition), within a period of 15 days from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 5.
