It is the grievance of the petitioner that private land has been encroached by the respondent no. 7, which is creating hindrance to the petitioner. 3. Considering the nature of the dispute and there are efficacious alternative remedy available either under BNSS and also under the Public Land Encroachment Act, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition, the same is dismissed without entering into the merits of this case. 4.
