ORDER Seeking to direct the respondent police to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 16.05.2026 and conduct a proper enquiry on the petitioner's complaint, this writ petition is filed.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the matter is with regard to the matrimonial dispute and enquiry is pending.
3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.
4. In view of the above, the 3rd respondent police is directed to put the petitioner as well as the proposed accused on notice under Section 64 BNSS and after giving an opportunity of hearing to both the parties, conclude the enquiry within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and to appraise the progress of the enquiry to the 1st respondent every Friday.
