The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and that the investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed before the jurisdictional Court. 5. Since the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and there are no adverse remarks as against the petitioner, the condition is fully relaxed. 6.According, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
