ORDER The writ petition is filed challenging the order passed by the third respondent issuing patta in the name of Palanivel, Kannan and Muthumalaisamy. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.A.Arun Ramnath, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.Porkodi Karnan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.This Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition for two reasons. A further revision shall lie before the District Revenue Officer. 4.In view of the effective alternative remedy available to the petitioner before the hierarchy of authorities, this Court is not inclined 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
