This petition has been filed to reopen Cont.P.(MD)No.3692 of 2025, which had been disposed on 11.02.2026. It had been contended that the District Collector, Sivagangai had disposed of the appeal and further appeal is now pending before the Joint Secretary to Government, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Chennai. It is contended on behalf of the respondents that direction could be issued to the said respondent namely, Joint Commissioner to dispose of the same. 2.In view of the above, we direct the Joint Commissioner, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Chennai to dispose of the revision filed by Tmt.Deivanai and 2 others with respect to encroachment of land in Sivagangai District at Ilayangudi Taluk in Survey Nos.423/20, 423/15, 423/16, 423/17, 423/18 and 127/13 on or before 30.10.2026. 2.Accordingly, the Sub Application stands disposed of.
