HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - C No. - 35625 of 2026 Court No. - 36 HON'BLE SAURABH SHYAM SHAMSHERY, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. Petitioner before this Court is a complainant. He has filed a complaint against the outgoing Pradhan of concerned village. However, on basis of a report dated 12.1.2026, a final report was submitted on 14.5.2026, whereby complaint was found baseless. 3. Petitioner is aggrieved that he was not satisfied with the inquiry report dated 12.1.2026 and on his dissatisfaction, authorities have proposed to conduct a fresh inquiry, but no fresh inquiry was conducted and final report was submitted, therefore petitioner has approached this Court. 4. Court has heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records, however, does not find any valid reason for dissatisfaction of the complainant since an inquiry was conducted and complaint was found baseless. Now under garb that some direction was passed by authorities to conduct a fresh inquiry without any basis, therefore, the Court cannot pass a writ of mandamus. Otherwise also, petitioner being a complainant, has no lis to challenge the impugned order also. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
