Heard Mr. P. Hazarika, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Ms. S. Mushahary, learned counsel for the respondent/Insurance Company. 2. This Interlocutory Application has been filed by the applicant/respondents No. 1 and 2/claimant in connection with MAC Appeal No.17/2020 praying for allowing the said applicant to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,60,000/- (rupees one lakh sixty thousand) which has been deposited by the New India Assurance Company Limited before Registry of this Court in pursuant to the order dated 30.01.2020 passed in I.A.(Civil)/ 211/2020 arising out of the connected MAC Appeal No.17/2020. 3. The learned counsel for the respondent Insurance Company has not opposed the prayer and accordingly, the same is allowed. 4. The money deposited by the Assurance Company i.e. an amount of Rs.1,60,000/- (rupees one lakh sixty thousand) may be allowed to withdraw by the present applicants after proper verification. 5.
