The petitions filed by him seeking condonation of the delay in filing the appeals have been pending for several months without any progress. Therefore, he has approached this Court seeking a direction to expedite the hearing of the said interlocutory applications. 3.It is seen from the B-Diary extract filed in the typed set of papers that the counter of the respondents in the interlocutory applications has already been filed and the applications have been 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis C.R.P(MD)No.2163 & 2171 of 2026 simply adjourned for enquiry. The applications have been pending for enquiry for more than one year. 4.Taking into consideration the above fact, this Court is inclined to direct the Sub Court, Ottanchatram to dispose of I.A.Nos.32 and 33 of 2024, as expeditiously as possible. Accordingly, the Sub Court, Ottanchatram is directed to dispose of I.A.Nos.32 and 33 of 2024, as expeditiously as possible. 5.With the above directions, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of.
