(MD)No.874 of 2026. 2. Heard both sides. Records perused. 3. It is noticed that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed on him by the Co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 03.06.2026 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10082 of 2026 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.874 of 2026, from 21.06.2026 till date, without any deviation. 4. There is no denial on the part of the respondent to refute the same. 5. In view of the same and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition and accordingly, the same is modified to the effect that “the petitioner shall appear and sign before the learned Trial Court, once a month, on every first working day of English calender month, at about 10.30 a.m.., until further orders.” 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Crl.MP(MD)No.15710 of 2026 6.
