WMP(MD) No.13236 of 2026 in WP(MD) No.SR12274 of 2026 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J. and R.SAKTHIVEL, J. (Order of the Court was made by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.) This petition has been filed seeking to implead the petitioner as a respondent in the writ petition. The petitioner appears as party in person. 2. In the affidavit filed, reasons have been given as to why he should be impleaded as a respondent. It had been stated that the petitioner is deeply concerned with the manner in which the cattles are transported with complete disregard to the rules and regulations provided in this respect. It had also been stated that he would be able to submit necessary protocols which have to be followed for transporting cattles. The petitioner states that he is a long-standing animal welfare activist in matters concerning animal welfare, prevention of cruelty to animals and also in enforcement of laws governing transportation of cattles. It will also to be the advantage of any Court to have a wider discussion on the matters presented before the Court. Contrary views are encouraged to be presented to enable the Court to come to a proper conclusion. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 3. Taking those facts into consideration, the petition stands allowed. Registry to carry out necessary amendment by impleading the petitioner as a respondent.
