Case No.170 of 2024 pending in the Court of learned CJM, Khunti. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has earlier moved before this Court in ABA No.1768 of 2025 which was dismissed as withdrawn by order dated 04.07.2025. He further submits that on the fresh ground present anticipatory bail application has been filed. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that there is no fresh ground and the ground stated in the petition were already there in the earlier anticipatory bail application which was dismissed as withdrawn. He submits that on these grounds anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. 4.
