Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to release and grant family pension to the petitioner forthwith along with arrears from 28.11.2024 with along with interest. II. Direct the respondents to correct the date of birth of the petitioner in official records in accordance with the birth certificate issued by Municipal Council, Ner Chowk, District Mandi, H.P.” 2. In view of this development, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition be disposed of by directing respondent No. 3 to expedite the process. 4. This petition is accordingly disposed of with the direction that respondents shall ensure that now needful in terms of communication dated 02.04.2026 be done by all concerned Authorities within a period of four weeks from today.
