Respondents PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the District Munsif Court, Eraniel, Kanyakumari District, to expedite the proceedings in E.P.No.14 of 2024 in O.S.No.112 of 2013 and to complete the execution proceeding within a period stipulated by this Court. No.14 of 2024 filed by the petitioner. 2.The petitioner filed a suit for declaration and permanent injunction in O.S. No.112 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Eranial, and obtained a decree. Since the judgment debtors have put up obstruction in the 'B' Schedule property in violation of the terms of the decree, the petitioner has filed E.P. No.14 of 2024 seeking removal of the obstruction caused by the judgment debtors. 3.It is seen from the e-Courts status filed in the typed set of papers that the counter in the execution petition was filed as early as April 2025. Thereafter, there has been no progress in the execution petition, and the matter has been repeatedly adjourned for enquiry. 4. Taking into consideration the fact that the execution petition is of the year 2024 and has been pending for enquiry since June 2025, this Court directs the executing Court to dispose of E.P. No.14 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible, keeping in view the timeline fixed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Rahul S. Shah v.
