4. The petitioner, a 90-year-old senior citizen, alleges that her son, the second respondent, has neither provided her with physical nor financial support. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 14.10.2025 to the respondents, requesting them to take appropriate action against the second respondent. It is submitted that, despite receipt of the said representation, the first respondent has not taken any action thereon. Aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the first respondent, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition. 5.
The learned counsel further submitted that it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.10.2025 and pass appropriate orders thereon within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Writ Petition is
