CRMP-1503 of 2026 By way of instant application, prayer has been made on behalf of the applicants/respondents No.2 & 3 for recalling of order dated 20.04.2026, whereby bailable warrants came to be issued against the aforesaid applicants/respondents on account of their absence on the given date. It has been averred in the application that applicants/respondents No.2 & 3 had instructed Mr. Sohail Khan and Mr. Sparsh Bhushan, Advocates, to put in appearance on their behalf on the given date, but inadvertently above named counsel failed to put in appearance, as a result thereof, this Court proceeded to issue bailable warrants, returnable for 12.05.2026. Having taken note of the aforesaid explanation rendered on record qua absence of respondents No.2 & 3 on the given date, this Court is persauded to allow the prayer made in the application. In view of the above, the application is allowed and order dated 20.04.2026, insofar as it pertains to the issuance of bailable warrants against respondents No. 2 and 3, is hereby recalled. Mr. Sohail Khan and Mr. Sparsh Bhushan, Advocates, who have put in appearance on behalf of respondents No.2 & 3, pray for and are granted time to file Power of Attorney and reply on the next date of hearing.
