Writ of habeas corpus is at the behest of the maternal grant father of two minor children. 2. State and the private respondents are represented. 3. Apparently, the mother of the two children committed suicide. The father of the two children is presently in police custody. 4. Learned advocate appearing for the respondent Nos. 8, 9 and 10 submits that the two children are presently in care and custody of the paternal uncle and aunt of the two children namely, Gourav Shaw, Swata Shaw and Ekta Shaw. Two children are presently staying at 35, Kachari Road, Kankinara, Jagatdal, Bhatpara, West Bengal-743126. 2 5. Report submitted on behalf of the State be taken on record. 6. Apparently, there are disputes with regard to the custody of the two minor children. Statutory alternative remedy is available to the petitioner. 7.
