Apparently, the mother of the two children committed suicide. The father of the two children is presently in police custody. 4. Learned advocate appearing for the respondent Nos. 8, 9 and 10 submits that the two children are presently in care and custody of the paternal uncle and aunt of the two children namely, Gourav Shaw, Swata Shaw and Ekta Shaw.
