Apat, learned Additional Government Advocate submits the instruction dated 13.03.2026 of the IIC, Barbil Police Station, where it is stated that the Petitioner had not submitted any written report on 17.11.2025 but on receipt of copy of the CRLMP, she has been contacted and on the basis of the report, Barbil P.S. Case No. 119 dated 12.03.2026 under Sections 329(4)/115(2)/303(2)/351(2) of the BNS has been registered and investigation has commenced. Copy of the FIR is also annexed to the instruction. 3.
