In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that custodial interrogation of the Page No.# 2/2 petitioner may not be required regarding a sale transaction at the present stage, and, therefore, the privilege of interim bail granted earlier on 02.02.2026, is hereby made absolute. 4.
