ORDER The present petition has been filed by the accused persons in Crime No. 169 of 2026, on the file of the first respondent police seeking to quash the FIR wherein they are charged with the offences under Sections 119(2), 296(b), 115(2), 118(1) and 351(3) of BNS, 2023.
2. Pending investigation, the parties have entered into a compromise wherein the defacto complainant had agreed for quashing of the FIR.
3. Today, the defacto complainant is present in-person and he acknowledges the fact that he had agreed for quashing of the F.I.R.
4. Considering the above said facts, F.I.R. in Crime No.169 of 2026, on the file of the first respondent police is hereby quashed.
