It is the case of the petitioner that they have pledged the jewels with the respondents bank. The petitioners approached the respondent bank on several occasions, expressing their readiness and willingness to discharge the entire loan liability with interest and requested to return the jewels and the respondent have refused to release the jewels. Therefore, the petitioners made a separate representations dated 10.02.2026 and the same is not considered. Hence, the petitioners have filed the present writ petitions. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 4. Heard the learned counsel for for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondent, notice to them is dispensed with. 5.
