ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the

3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner disputes the same and contends that the petitioner is entitled for more amounts, but the respondents have not paid.
4. As this Court while disposing of WP(MD)No.29940 of 2025 did not schedule the matter in detail and no specific amount was directed to be paid. The respondents claims to have paid the above amounts on finding that the petitioner is eligible only for the said amounts.
5. In the circumstances, this Court does not see any reason to continue the contempt proceedings against the respondents and accordingly, the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case if the petitioner is of the view that he is entitled for any some more amounts or the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings dated 04.08.2026, he is at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. 07.08.2026 CM 3/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
