Present bail application is moved by the applicants, who are in judicial custody in connection with Case Crime No.41 of 2026 under Section 3 and 5 read with Section 11 of Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act 2007 and 11(f) of Prevention of Cruelty Upon Animals Act, P.S. Jhabrera, District Haridwar. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicants have falsely been implicated in the present crime. He submits that on the basis of the statement of co-accused person applicants are named in the said incident. He submits that co accused-Subhan has been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 02.04.2026 and on the ground of parity applicants are also entitled to be released on bail. 5. Learned State Counsel has strongly opposed the bail. 6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that applicants are entitled to be released on bail. 7. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. Let the applicants-Dilshad and Gulsher be released on bail on their executing a personal bond and two reliable sureties by each of them of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned. 8.
