ORDER The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the third respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner had entered into a construction agreement with the fourth respondent for construction of a property and the construction has been stopped midway by the fourth respondent demanding more money. 3. Considering the above said facts, it is clear that the dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent is arising out of a construction of agreement and in such circumstances, the respondent police have got very limited role to play in considering the complaint.
4. In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above said observation, this Criminal Original Petition is
disposed of.
