This Court vide order dated 24.01.2024, made in Crl.MP(MD) No.722 of 2024 in Crl.RC(MD) No.55 of 2024, suspended the sentence imposed upon the petitioner on conditions. As per the conditions imposed by this Court, the petitioner is appearing before the trial Court on all working days regularly. Seeking to relax the condition, this petition is filed. 3.
