This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner-Contractor for a direction to respondent No.2 to make a payment of Rs.5,97,989/- to the petitioner for the work which has been completed by him. 2. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 on instruction, which has been passed on to this Court and the same is taken on record, submits that the dues which have been prayed by petitioner shall repaid to him in a phase manner. 70% of the aforesaid amount shall be paid to petitioner within 15 days from today and rest of the amount shall be paid after submission of utilization certificate by petitioner. 3. In such view of the matter, there is no point keeping the present matter pending. 2026:UHC:4096 2 4. Accordingly, in view of the statement made by learned counsel for respondent No.2, the present writ petition is disposed of. Respondent No.2 is directed to pay 70% of the aforesaid amount to petitioner within 15 days from today and rest of the amount shall be paid to him after submission of utilization certificate by petitioner. 5.
