Therefore, the request of the petitioner cannot be considered. 4.In the light of the above submission, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction to the respondent. However, it is open to the petitioner to file proper online application seeking transfer of patta. If any such application is filed, the same shall be considered by the respondent in accordance with law. 5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
