Also heard Mr. S Dutta, learned Senior Counsel, assisted by Mr. BJ Mukherjee, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 to 4. The Interlocutory Application has been filed with following prayers: a. Admit this Interlocutory Application (I.A.) and make the pleadings of the I.A. along with Annexure-I as part of the Writ petition. b. Take judicial notice of the Office Order (Corporate HR Circular No.05/2026) dated 10.03.2026 issued by the Respondent Company i.e. THDC India Limited. c. To direct the Respondents herein not to hide material facts which are detrimental to the interests of the applicant and mislead the Hon’ble Court. d. Be pleased to quash and/or set aside the impugned transfer order dated 02.01.2026 as amended by office order dated 22.01.2026 issued by the Respondent no.1, insofar as it transfers the petitioner from APP, Namsai, Arunachal Pradesh to Rishikesh, Page No.# 3/3 Uttarakhand. The writ petition being WP(C) No.307/2026 is pending and the petitioner is permitted to bring on record any documents that they feel would be necessary subject to permission being granted by this Court upon filing appropriate pleadings.
