ORAL ORDER
1. A memo is filed on behalf of the petitioner. Memo reads as under:
"The above petitioner respectfully submits that as per the orders of this Hon'ble Court the petitioner has already deposited 50% of the fine amount before the Trial Court in C.C. No.52406/2018 before the XXXIII Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mayo Hall Unit, Bengaluru and

petitioner required 6 months time to pay the pending 50% of total fine amount. Hence prays this Court to grant 6 month time and 6 installments to pay the remaining amount. Hence this Memo."
2. Counsel for respondent has endorsed no objection on the memo.
3. Placing the memo on record, petition stands
disposed off.
4. Amount in departure ordered to be withdrawn by the complainant under due identification.
