For the reasons stated in the said decision, we pass the following order :- O R D E R [i] The writ petition is allowed; [ii] The respondents are directed to pay the petitioner simple interest @ 8 % p.a. on the amount of Rs. 94,77,000/- from 31.7.2011 till the date of actual realization of the amount.
