For Respondent No. 3 : Ms. Pragati Kaushik, Advocate Hon’ble Shri Justice Rakesh Mohan Pandey Order On Board Digitally signed by AJINKYA PANSARE Date: 2026.04.08 16:44:32 +0530 2 8.4.2026 1) By way of this petition, petitioner has sought following reliefs :- 10.1 Issue notices to the respondents, returnable within early date of hearing. 10.2 Direct the respondent for payment of arrears of salary total amounting Rs. 1,47,697/- with interest within stipulated period. 10.3 Direct the respondents for consider and decide the representation moved by the petitioner within stipulated period. 10.4 Issue any other relief(s)/ order(s)/ direction(s) in favour of petitioner, which deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice. 10.5 Cost of the petition. 2) Facts of present case are that petitioner was initially appointed on the post of Shikshakarmi Grade-III (Arts) vide order dated 16.7.2010. Thereafter, she was appointed on the post of Shikshakarmi Grade-II (P.T.I.) vide order dated 11.1.2011. She was regularized vide order dated 31.5.2013 and subsequently, time bound pay-scale was granted to her on 15.3.2018 w.e.f. 11.1.2018. Petitioner was also granted revised pay-scale vide order dated 28.12.2018 w.e.f. 22.7.2018. 3) In this petition, petitioner has pleaded that difference of salary and dearness allowance (DA) for periods between January, 2011 to July, 2016, February, 2017 to May, 2017, August, 2017 to 3 February, 2018 and August, 2018 to December, 2018 have not been paid to her despite repeated representations. A prayer has been made directing the respondent authorities to decide the pending representations. 4) On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the respondents would oppose. 5) I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 6) Taking into consideration the limited grievance of petitioner, this petition is hereby being disposed directing Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat Surajpur and Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat Pratappur (respondent No. 2 and 3 herein) to objectively decide the pending representations of the petitioner dated 4.2.2022 and 14.6.2021 expeditiously, preferably within a period of 120 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 7) With the aforesaid direction, this petition stands disposed.
