Learned counsel states that the petitioner herein had given objections for registration of any document relating to the suit property before the Sub Registrar. A duty was therefore cast on the Sub Registrar to examine the objections to the limited extent of determining whether the document could be registered or not. 4. Notice had been directed and counsels have entered appearance for the respondents. 5. Taking the above stated facts into consideration, this petition is allowed and leave is granted.
