29.07.2026. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.S.Harish, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mrs.K.Porkodi, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for R1 and Mr.R.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Government Advocate (Crl.), who takes notice for R2. Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the third respondent, notice to him is dispensed with. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.It is seen from the typed set of papers that the third respondent herein obtained an order before this Court in W.P(MD).No. 8173 of 2026 seeking survey of the subject property. W.P(MD)No.22980 of 2026 counsel for the petitioner submits that in the guise of surveying the property, the third respondent is attempting to fence the subject property. Hence, he has come before this Court. 4.If the petitioner apprehends that the third respondent would fence the property during the course of survey, it is for the petitioner to get clarification from the Court, which passed the order.
Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application in W.P(MD).No.8173 of 2026 seeking clarification. No costs.
