According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the second respondent, the FIR was referred as undetected and report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur on 09.11.2019. So far, the petitioner has not been put on notice either by the concerned police or by the Court. 3. In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to issue proper notice to the petitioner herein with regard to the filing of the final report.
