The above petition has been filed seeking orders to grant exemption to the petitioner herein from paying the Court fee of Rs.13,373/- in the above civil miscellaneous appeal. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Tribunal passed an award dated 16.12.2025, directing the second respondent to pay compensation of Rs.15,03,664/-, but the amount was deposited only recently, and as per direction of the tribunal, the petitioner could not withdraw the amount for a period of three years. 4.Considering the reasons assigned, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is exempted from the payment of court fee Rs.13,373/- in C.M.A(MD)SR No. 40849 of 2026 for the present, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay the entire Court fee, as and when the petitioner receive any part of the amount, that has now been awarded as compensation to the claimant/petitioner in M.C.O.P.No.53 of 2019. 19.08.2026 dss https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
