The writ petitioner challenges the impugned communication dated 08.08.2026 whereby the authorities have proposed to remove the encroachment in survey No.124/2, Melapudhukudi Village, Veeramanickam Revenue Group, Tiruchendur Taluk, Thoothukudi District. 3. The writ petitioner admittedly does not have any patta over the said survey number.
