CRL MP(MD). No.15834 of 2026 ORDER This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11100 of 2025 in Crl.A. (MD)No.714 of 2024 dated 30.04.2026.
2. This Court, while suspending the sentence, imposed the conditions that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and also file an undertaking affidavit along with the sureties before the respondent Police that he will not indulge in any offence in future.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 73 days, by reporting before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. and also filed an undertaking affidavit along with the sureties before the respondent Police as directed by this Court. 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11100 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.714 of 2024 dated 30.04.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month, i.e. on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m. till the disposal of the appeal.
