Crl.MP.(MD)No.16376 of 2026 Government Advocate (Crl.side) for R1 & R2 ORDER The present petition has been filed by the third petitioner in Crl.OP(MD).No.13133 of 2026 seeking extension of time granted by this Court on 02.07.2026 wherein this Court has directed the petitioner to surrender before the Court on or before 22.07.2026. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that out of the eight accused, the petitioner alone could not surrender before the concerned Court, due to health issue and hence, he seeks extension of time. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons, time is extended till 24.08.2026 to surrender before the concerned Court. It is made clear that no further extention of time would be granted. 4.With the above said direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
