O R D E R [Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to permit the petitioner to file the present habeas corpus petition without the English version of the impugned detention order in Na.Ka.No.21/Preventive Detention/Ma.Ka.A/Thi.Ma/2026, dated 04.05.2026, passed by the second respondent. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of detention in English, which were served on the detenu, has been misplaced by the relatives of the detenu. He would further submit that that the ground of non-service of the order of detention in English will not be raised at any later point of time. 3.
