The present Writ Petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the 3rd respondent in terminating the petitioner’s services vide Proceedings ROC No.A1/151/GMH/TPT/2022 Dt. 14.9.2022 without assigning any reasons and without issuing any notice. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.37221 of 2022 dated 16.07.2026. 4 4. Learned Government Pleader also not refuted the said submission. 5. Hence, the present writ petition is allowed in terms of W.P. No.37221 of 2022 by setting aside the proceedings ROC No.A1/151/ GMH/TPT/2022 Dt.14.9.2022. There shall be no order as to costs. 6. Registry is directed to attach a copy of the order dated 16.07.2026 passed in W.P.No.37221 of 2022 to this order.
