The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 78 days in preferring the appeal against the award, dated 19.12.2025 made in M.C.O.P.No.256 of 2024 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Principal Sub Court, Tirunelveli. 2. Despite receipt of Court notice, the first respondent failed to enter into appearance. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent and also perused the records. 4. Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.
