JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Order 17/04/2026 1. These third bail applications have been filed under Section 483 of BNSS on behalf of accused-applicants. The accused- applicants were arrested in connection with FIR No.397/2025 registered at Police Station Bhawani Mandi, District Jhalawar for the offence(s) under Sections 318(4), 316(2), 61(2) of BNS and Section 66D of IT Act. 2. Learned counsel for the applicants submit that the applicants are behind the bars ever since September, 2025. It is submitted that co-accused has been granted bail. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed these bail application. 4. Investigating Officer, Mr. Pramod Kumar, SHO, Bhiwani Mandi is present before the Court and has submitted that there are strong antecedents of the applicants, numbering around or above fifty qua each of the accused. It is submitted that the charge- sheet has been filed and co-accused who has been granted bail had distinguishable role attributed towards him. 4. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case; the fact that numerous antecedents are registered against the applicants; that there is involvement of around Rs.1.8 Crores, this Court is not inclined to entertain these bail applications. 5.
