The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.4-Tahsildar, Hoskote Taluk, has failed to enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records pursuant to the petitioner purchasing the property in question under registered sale dated 15.12.2025 from the previous Kathedar Sri.Chotu Khan and the other family members of the Kathedhar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner points out from Annexure-C that the 'J slip' has also been forwarded by the

HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:10063 WP No. 856 of 2026 concerned Sub-Registrar to the Tahsildar. Learned High Court Government Pleader submits that the name of the petitioner will be entered in the revenue records within a period of four weeks from today.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with a specific direction to respondent No.4-Tahsildar, Hoskote Taluk—to proceed to enter the name of the purchaser under the registered sale deed dated 15.12.2025 in the revenue records as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this
