The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kanke P.S. Case No. 128 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 316(5), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 61(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has earlier moved before this court in A.B.A. No. 5449 of 2025, which was dismissed by this court. He next submits that several other co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail in this case and further several cases have been lodged by the informant against the petitioner. He further submits that fresh ground is there, in view of that the second anticipatory bail application has been filed. 4. Learned P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the said A.B.A. was decided on merits considering the entire facts and there is no fresh ground to entertain the second anticipatory bail application. Considering that the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner has already been rejected earlier in A.B.A. No. 5449 of 2025 on merits and nothing new has been argued before this court by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner to entertain second anticipatory bail application. 6.
