1. By virtue of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.525/2025 dated 22.10.2025 registered under Section 109(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 25/27/59 of the Arms Act, 1959 at PS: Aman Vihar.
2. After some arguments, learned senior counsel, upon instructions, seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the same afresh.
3. As such, the present petition, alongwith the pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
