Order on Board 16.04.2026
1. By filing the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following relief(s):-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to hold that the act of the respondent YOGESH TIWARI Digitally signed by YOGESH TIWARI Date: 2026.04.16 16:41:57 +0530

2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, owing to efflux of time and subsequent developments, the reliefs as sought in the present petition no longer survive for consideration and the cause of action itself has ceased to exist. It is further submitted that the academic session, in relation to which the petitioner had sought permission to pursue the Ph.D. programme, has already lapsed and, therefore, no effective adjudication can now be made in the present proceedings.
3.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondents fairly concurs with the submission advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner and submits that, in view of the intervening circumstances and passage of time, nothing substantive survives for adjudication by this Court.
3
4. Considering the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and taking into account the fact that the reliefs claimed in the writ petition have been rendered incapable of being granted due to efflux of time, this Court is of the opinion that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
6. No order as to costs.
