However, the learned counsel would further submit that the petitioner is aggrieved by the cost imposed by the trial Court and, therefore, seeks to pursue the present revision. 3. Since the main suit has already been disposed of, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Civil Revision Petition. However, it is made clear that the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the correctness of the cost imposed by the trial Court in the regular appeal, if any, filed against the judgment and decree in the main suit. 4.With the above clarification, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of.
