Mr.C.Christopher, learned Government (Crl.Side) takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that there are two groups proposed to conduct similar welfare scheme programmes and that they have not passed any order with regard to the representation given by the petitioner till now. 4.
