Heard the learned counsel for the parties. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 27.07.2026 before the third respondent seeking issuance of a No Objection Certificate for obtaining a new Low Tension domestic electricity service connection to the petitioner's residential premises. It is submitted that the petitioner has already submitted an application before the first and second respondents, bearing Application Reference No. 200050010726286 dated 06.07.2026 and is ready and willing to comply with all the requirements, including execution of the Indemnity Bond (Form-6) and payment of the statutory charges of Rs.5,575/-. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2026 and pass appropriate orders on the same within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2026 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, if necessary. Such exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
